This site describes a licensed home improvement contractor carrying general liability and workers' compensation, filing permits and issuing certificates of insurance. None of that is real, because the company is not real. A roofing site makes more of these claims than most, so it is worth stating plainly: do not treat anything here as evidence that any actual contractor is licensed or insured. Verify a real contractor's licence and certificates yourself, directly, every time.
The prices are illustrative
Every figure on this site is a plausible invented range written to make the design realistic. They are not quotations, they are not offers, and no real work is available at them. A real roof is priced after a real survey of a real building.
